To further drive our growth, we’re looking for you: a structured, action-oriented individual with an eye for detail who can support our shop management team in day-to-day operations and is eager to make a real difference with your own ideas.
Your responsibilities:

Store Management & Product Maintenance: You’ll create new products,
set up product variants, and reliably oversee product launches from
initial data entry through to the online store’s go-live.
SEO Optimization & AI Overview: You’ll create and optimize
targeted SEO content—not only for traditional search engines,
but also to ensure optimal visibility in AI search results.
Processes & Support for Team Leadership: You’ll work closely with our
shop management team leadership, coordinate deadlines,
keep track of timelines, and gradually take on more and more
independent responsibility.
Promotional Marketing & Customer Journey: You’ll implement marketing campaigns
in the online store and, in coordination with customer support, marketing,
and IT, optimize usability to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers.
Controlling & Performance: You’ll analyze relevant online store, SEO, and
visibility metrics, evaluate the success of your content
optimizations, and derive concrete actions from these findings.
Process Optimization: You monitor our processes, document
lessons learned, and actively contribute your own ideas to help us
continuously improve our store.
