Your Responsibilities
Planning, preparing, and executing external communications with corporate clients, public sector clients, partners, and subcontractors in close coordination with (project) management (or a comparable line management role), procurement, and functional departments
Creating and maintaining stakeholder matrices and developing communication plans (both internal and external)
Supporting management reporting and the preparation of management documents (e.g., for executive management, the Board of Directors, and the Supervisory Board)
Assisting with the target-audience-specific preparation of information
Ensuring the quality of project- or line-related communication, including interface management with functional departments and central functions
Your Profile
A college degree in a field related to communication, business, or technology—e.g., industrial engineering, communication studies, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in corporate communications and/or stakeholder management, ideally in the security or defense sector
Strong communication skills and diplomatic aptitude
Ability to present complex content in a way that is tailored to the audience and easy to understand
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
