Your responsibilities:
Participation in procurement procedures in accordance with the VgV, particularly in the context of prequalification and bid presentation
Research, analysis, and preliminary evaluation of solicitations from public and private clients
Review of solicitation requirements, as well as planning the content and overseeing the application process
Management and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
Preparation of bid, informational, and marketing materials
Targeted collection, processing, and maintenance of relevant project and company data
Supporting management in the implementation of strategic initiatives
You bring the following:
A bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural communication, business administration, marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are also welcome
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience working with text and images
Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, reliable, responsible, and skilled in communication and negotiation
Ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner
Native-level proficiency in German with good English skills
