Your Responsibilities
Do you want to do more than just support a global market segment—do you want to actively develop and shape it? Then take on responsibility for the “Electrified Vehicles & Equipment” segment and shape its strategic positioning in a dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll further develop the market segment with a clear focus and ensure that market requirements, the product portfolio, customer groups, target markets, and growth are consistently aligned. For you, this means:
You’ll be responsible for the global direction and further development of the “Electrified Vehicles & Equipment” market segment.
You will continuously monitor market and competitive developments and use them to identify clear areas of action and regional priorities.
You will structure requirements from different markets and translate them into concrete impetus for product development and portfolio decisions.
In addition, you will manage cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Development.
You will lead and coordinate the market segment’s expert group and ensure a consistent strategic focus.
Furthermore, you define growth targets, monitor their implementation, and ensure transparency regarding progress and deviations.
You strategically develop relationships with key contacts on the customer side and leverage them for market development.
You will represent the company in standards committees and contribute technical expertise.
You will serve as the technical representative for the market segment both internally and externally, for example, through articles, presentations, or events.
Your Profile
Your degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field forms the foundation of your work.
You have several years of experience in market segment management, business development, or sales—specifically in the field of electrified applications or mobile systems.
You are accustomed to structuring and prioritizing issues in an international context and driving them forward across departmental boundaries.
You confidently contextualize technical content within the market environment and use it as a basis for decision-making.
You manage coordination with various stakeholders effectively and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with multiple concurrent issues.
Your approach to work is structured and goal-oriented; you present contexts clearly and in a way that is easy to follow.
In your interactions with internal and external contacts, you present yourself confidently and communicate information in a manner tailored to your audience.
You enjoy working within international structures and are comfortable in an English-speaking environment.
You routinely apply your very strong German and English language skills.
International travel is a natural part of your role.
