Your Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership and fostering the development of the Trade Shows & Exhibitions team
- Responsibility for the planning, management, and successful execution of national and international trade show and exhibition projects
- Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and budget requirements across all projects
- Strategic development of the Rittal Live brand experience and the trade show and showroom portfolio
- Budget planning and resource management in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Defining, analyzing, and refining relevant KPIs to measure the success of and optimize trade show activities
- Managing external service providers and collaborating on cross-functional and strategic projects
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree program with a focus on trade show, event, or exhibition management, marketing, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in trade show, exhibition, event, or project management
- Initial experience in leading and developing employees
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- An independent, structured approach to work and a strong hands-on mindset
