Your Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership, as well as the further development, of the Kiefel MarCom team
You will continuously refine the global marketing and communications strategy—in close coordination with the Group Communications & Branding function at the holding company
You will ensure consistent brand management in line with the defined corporate identity and the Kiefel narrative, and further develop these in accordance with group-wide guidelines
You will position Kiefel as a global innovation and technology partner in relevant target industries
You will be responsible for corporate communications and will support strategic sales initiatives with appropriate marketing and communications concepts
You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on all matters related to communication, positioning, and reputation
You will strategically integrate artificial intelligence throughout the entire marketing value chain
You will drive the transformation toward data-driven and performance-oriented marketing
You will coordinate with HR to further develop consistent employer and internal communications and to strengthen the employer brand
You will ensure effective collaboration between global and local marketing units
You will be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and the efficient allocation of resources
Your Profile
You have a college or university degree, ideally supplemented by additional training or experience in the technology sector
You have several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial setting, ideally in the fields of packaging, medical & pharmaceutical, and/or mechanical engineering
You have experience in social media marketing, corporate communications, media relations, and live marketing.
You have extensive experience in conceptual and strategic work, as well as in planning and managing campaigns.
You have several years of leadership experience.
You communicate confidently in German and are business-fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
