Your responsibilities:
Leading and actively shaping IT projects in the areas of ERP systems and web applications.
Serving as the central point of contact between business departments and the development team, and coordinating requirements, schedules, and implementation.
Analyzing existing processes and systems, and developing innovative digital solutions in collaboration with the business departments.
Project support from conception through implementation to rollout, as well as documentation and quality assurance.
Maintaining and optimizing existing systems and interfaces during ongoing operations.
Supporting employees with technical questions and coordinating training initiatives.
Contributing expertise to interdisciplinary project teams and fostering collaboration between IT and business.
Your Profile:
A bachelor’s degree in (Business) Computer Science or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Service-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as an openness to new topics and a willingness to learn about new subject areas.
Proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL Server) and SQL scripts.
Experience configuring e-commerce solutions (product catalog, prices, discounts, payment options, shipping options, etc.).
Ideally, experience in project management and application support.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Fluency in German and English.
