  • Assisting with responding to inquiries from guests, tourism businesses, nature parks, municipalities, and government agencies
  • Developing AI-powered workflows to improve existing communication with our network partners

Supporting activities in online marketing

  • Developing content ideas, planning, and implementing online marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining the MeinFläming web app to ensure it remains up-to-date and to facilitate the future integration of AI-supported modules
  • Assistance with identifying topics and creating content for our social media channels
  • Collaborating on the creation of text, photo, and video content for seasonal themes in tourism-related categories for the association’s digital communications
  • Data-driven analysis of campaigns, contests, statistics on tourism-related topics, etc., and regular reporting to optimize our online marketing efforts

Supporting activities related to event organization

  • Organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and networking formats
  • Coordinating schedules and ensuring planned procedures are followed
  • Budget planning for all relevant events within the calendar year
  • Research and selection of suitable event formats
  • Resource planning and organizational support for events

What You Bring to the Table

  • A degree in marketing, tourism, communications, media, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in online marketing, content management, or destination marketing
  • Proficiency with content management systems, ideally TYPO3
  • Knowledge of SEO/GEO and web analytics
  • Interest in digital transformation, data management, and digital tourism platforms
  • Knowledge of AI-powered tools is desirable
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with partners and networks
  • Willingness to participate in trade shows and events, which may also take place on weekends (approximately 5 events per year)
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, and a strong service orientation
  • Previous professional experience in the fields of tourism, administration, or state policy is a plus
  • Class B driver’s license

What We Offer

  • A varied and responsible role with plenty of creative freedom
