We are looking to hire a full-time Junior Performance Consultant for Programmatic Advertising/Real-Time Media (all genders) as soon as possible at our Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, or Berlin office for Mediaplus Realtime —part of the Serviceplan Agency Group, the largest owner- and partner-led agency group in Europe.
What you can expect from us:
- A gateway into performance consulting: You’ll support our consultants in planning, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns and gain a thorough understanding of programmatic advertising from the ground up
- Data & Insights: You’ll analyze campaign metrics, prepare results, and help derive actionable recommendations
- Targeting & Technology: You’ll work with DSPs, ad servers, and data platforms and develop an understanding of targeting, data, and measurement strategies
- Campaign Support: You’ll assist with the technical management of ongoing national and international campaigns and ensure that insights are incorporated into implementation in a structured manner
- Quality Assurance: You’ll assess technical feasibility, ensure the quality of our solutions, and help further develop best practices
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with business consultants, media planning, campaign management, as well as external marketers, data providers, and ad tech providers
What We Expect From You:
- You have a college degree or vocational training in business, marketing/media, or IT, and have some experience in client consulting, media planning, marketing, or programmatic advertising
- You enjoy working with numbers and data and want to gain a deeper understanding of data-driven decision-making
- You’re interested in programmatic advertising, digital advertising technologies, and modern measurement methods
- You work carefully and independently, and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
- You excel in communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Ideally, you have additional knowledge of BI tools, Jira, Adform, Amazon, Active Agent, or theTradeDesk
