Your Responsibilities – Here's How You Can Help Us:
· Account Management
You will assist with purchasing-related support and the further development of ALDI accounts in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, as well as with the launch of new products at the point of sale
· Customer Support for Online Sales
You will assist with supporting our non-ALDI customers in online “Pin-only” sales and help with operational and coordination tasks.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable
You will review incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure they are processed correctly.
· Marketing & Sales Support
You will create advertising and promotional plans, assist with sales and product presentations, and prepare relevant analyses
· Inventory Management
You will assist with inventory management—for both physical cards and digital pins—and help ensure availability
Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table:
We’re not looking for superheroes—but for people who are eager to take on responsibility:
Training in a business-related field (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management) is a good foundation
Initial experience in project or product management or in purchasing is a plus
You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, and you don’t lose sight of the big picture even during hectic periods
Communication is your strength—you can convince others with your ideas and are a team player
Excellent German and English skills will help you navigate an international environment with confidence
