The Interesting Scope of Responsibilities
Marketing & Concept Development: Independent planning, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and communication strategies
Brand Identity & Corporate Design: Further development and maintenance of a consistent and professional corporate image
Graphic Design & Print Media: Concept development, design, and updating of flyers, brochures, advertisements, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing materials
Trade Show Planning & Events: Organization, planning, and creative design of our trade show appearances, including booth design, promotional materials, and coordination with service providers
Website Maintenance: Content and design maintenance, as well as the continuous development of our company website
Social Media: Management and development of our social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, and the design of posts
Online Marketing & SEO: Implementation of basic search engine optimization measures, as well as management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns as needed
Content Creation: Creation and editing of text, graphics, images, and, where applicable, short videos for various communication channels
Sales Support: Developing and providing marketing and informational materials for our in-house and field sales teams
Project Coordination: Collaborating with internal departments, printing companies, agencies, and other external service providers
Marketing Control: Monitoring and evaluating selected marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities for optimization
What we expect from you:
Completed training or a degree in marketing, media design, communication design, media studies, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, several years of practical experience in marketing, particularly in the independent planning and implementation of marketing initiatives
Creativity and a keen sense of design, layout, brand communication, and content tailored to target audiences
Proficiency in common graphic design and layout software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable applications
Experience in designing print media and digital marketing materials
Knowledge of content management systems and experience maintaining websites
Experience with social media platforms and creating relevant content
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or digital analytics tools is desirable
Excellent written and spoken German, as well as a confident and engaging writing style
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects independently
Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mindset
Experience in the healthcare sector or medical technology is a plus, but not required
