Your Profile:
Provide direction, advance key topics, make an impact, and
drive change: As the strategic leader in our Brand &
Partners division, you will actively drive the conceptual development
of key marketing and sales initiatives for the Sparda Bank Group.
You’ll always keep a close eye on market and competitive trends
and develop forward-looking concepts. With analytical foresight,
you evaluate benchmarks and best practices, keep an eye on relevant KPIs,
design smart reporting structures—and thus provide division leadership,
management, and committees with the expert foundation for sound decisions.
As a valued sparring partner, you strike the right tone across all hierarchical levels
and guide committees, working groups, and
workshops with competence and confidence.
Across a wide variety of communication formats, you impress with your
excellent professional preparation and follow-up, and through your
templates, documents, presentations, and technical concepts, you contribute to
transparent, traceable information sharing.
In cross-functional (sub)projects, you take the helm,
skillfully managing every detail—from initial planning to successful implementation
at member banks—and professionally integrate external
service providers. At the same time, you keep your eye on the
big picture and optimize existing processes to elevate efficiency, transparency,
and quality across the entire department to a new level.
