Your Responsibilities
- Strategic management of our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including light-touch community management
- Content creation and maintenance of our website and intranet
- Updating the content of websites and landing pages, including the necessary on-page SEO measures, is just as much a part of your responsibilities as the editorial creation and management of newsletters and testimonials
- Design and implementation of offline marketing initiatives, such as flyers, etc.
- Strategic development of our marketing activities in close coordination with management
- You keep an eye on trends in marketing communication and leverage them to drive business growth
Your Qualifications
- Where corporate values and team spirit are just as important as professionalism and a focus on goals!
- Initial professional experience in online marketing, including social media, combined with a good understanding of digital target audiences
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro), web design (Typo3), Canva, Google Ads, CMS, and SharePoint
- Creativity, proactivity, the ability to work well in a team, and a drive for innovation are your hallmarks
- Very good German language skills, a strong sense of style, a passion for writing, and good English language skills
