Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll combine strategic development with operational execution. You’ll provide direction, establish structures, and work with your team to ensure that ideas are turned into effective marketing initiatives. The key is to find the right tools and ideas for our company.
Technical and managerial leadership, as well as targeted professional development of the marketing team
Development and implementation of a holistic marketing strategy for our B2B target audiences
Strategic and operational management of online marketing, SEO/SEA, content marketing, and email marketing
Responsibility for Google Ads, SEO measures, marketing automation, and digital campaigns
Introduction and further development of AI-supported marketing solutions, as well as the establishment of efficient, automated marketing processes
Analysis of relevant KPIs, as well as the preparation of reports and recommendations for executive management
Management of external agencies, service providers, and media partners
Close collaboration with sales, product management, and executive management
Responsibility for marketing budgets and performance monitoring of all initiatives
Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all relevant channels
Your Profile
A successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B retail environment
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google Ads, Analytics, content marketing, and email marketing
Experience leading employees, teams, or challenging projects
A strong hands-on approach with a willingness to take on operational responsibilities
Experience in the practical application of modern AI tools for creating, analyzing, and optimizing marketing initiatives
Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to clearly advocate for decisions
A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
Enthusiasm for digital technologies, new marketing approaches, and their effective application in day-to-day business operations
The ability to actively shape change and inspire employees to embrace new approaches
