Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US – YOUR JOB:
- Marketplace Business: You will be responsible for the sales, profitability and growth of our marketplaces and consistently develop the business on platforms such as Zalando, About You, Otto and Amazon.
- Scale the Business: You identify new marketplace and growth potential, develop business cases and actively drive the internationalization and scaling of our marketplace activities.
- Own the Marketplace Performance: You analyze KPIs, sales data and market trends, derive measures and manage return rates, marketing costs and performance with a clear focus on improving results.
- Content, pricing & visibility: You optimize product listings in terms of content, keywords and pricing and ensure that our products are presented in a visible, relevant and desirable way on all relevant marketplaces.
- Build & Launch: You take over the project management for the connection of new marketplaces and ensure a successful implementation – from planning to go-live.
- Campaigns with Impact: You plan and manage promotions, campaigns and paid ads on the marketplaces and provide targeted impetus for reach, sales and growth.
- Strong Partnerships: You work closely with marketing, merchandising and logistics and ensure that operational processes run smoothly and growth is successfully implemented.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING – YOUR SKILLS:
HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET’S TALK
- You have a background in e-commerce or marketplace management and at least four years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- You are confident in using Tradebyte, manage your marketplace business based on KPIs and have some experience in using AI to optimize product listings
