Roles with growth potential:
You will advise our clients on the design, booking, and placement of job postings, recruiting campaigns, and image and product ads
You will coordinate media orders from order entry through proofreading to the timely placement of job postings and advertisements on job boards, career portals, and other media channels
You will support the execution of recruiting, employer branding, and marketing campaigns via social media and digital channels
You will assist with the creation and design of ad templates using Adobe InDesign, provided you have an interest in and existing knowledge of the software
Here's how you can join our media team:
You have some professional experience and have completed a business apprenticeship, ideally as a marketing communications specialist, digital & print media specialist, office management specialist, or in a comparable field
Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship in media design and possess media expertise
You are a team player and enjoy working with clients, media outlets, job boards, and network partners
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required; experience with Adobe CS, particularly Adobe InDesign, is a plus—but not a requirement
Some experience in the areas of HR marketing, recruiting, job posting management, media planning, or campaign management is a plus
