The ADAC Nordbaden e.V. regional club was founded in 1947. Today, more than 130 employees work at our five offices in Nordbaden. Here, we handle matters related to mobility, travel and vacations, insurance, and, of course, ADAC membership. Your Responsibilities
You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Motorsport and Classic Cars team and drive the further development of structures, processes, offerings, and events in line with the strategic objectives of ADAC Nordbaden.
Leadership and Organization
Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as the further development of the team; fostering an open, respectful, and performance-oriented team culture; actively supporting change processes and organizational development initiatives; close collaboration with division management, the Executive Board, and volunteer committees; development, implementation, and continuous optimization of processes Establishment of modern and efficient work methods Quality assurance and documentation of relevant procedures
Strategy and Corporate Responsibility
Further development of offerings and events; analysis of trends, opportunities, and risks; responsibility for budgeting, controlling, and the economical use of resources; development of economically viable solutions; establishment and use of a meaningful key performance indicator system
Motorsports and Classic Cars
Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and follow-up of motorsports and classic car events Management of projects, championships, and event formats Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements Collaboration with local clubs, committees, associations, authorities, and sponsors Preparation of reports, decision papers, and concepts for divisional management and the Executive Board Support for public relations and the positive perception of ADAC Nordbaden
Professional Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree, ideally in sports management, event management, business administration, or a related field; o Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the sports, association, or event industry; o Experience in process management as well as project and event management; o Ideally, knowledge of motorsports structures and the ADAC environment

The gross monthly salary ranges from 4,600 EUR to 5,600 EUR, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
