Your Responsibilities
You will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our RiskShield prevention system, coordinating, prioritizing, and shaping its future development to continuously improve our fraud prevention and mitigation efforts.
To this end, you will continuously refine the product vision and roadmap based on strategic priorities and current trends, and translate them into a structured product backlog while taking stakeholder needs into account.
You systematically analyze products and processes for fraud risks and conduct in-depth evaluations of existing regulations, relevant data sources and interfaces, as well as the underlying system architecture.
From this, you’ll derive well-thought-out and tailored business and technical requirements for our prevention solution, translate these into concrete user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and support (inter)national business units and IT teams at every step of their implementation.
And, of course, you’ll identify opportunities for optimization wherever possible, keep track of current trends, developments, and technologies, and incorporate them strategically into the ongoing development of our fraud prevention system.
Your Profile
Do you see the big picture and have a knack for identifying risks and opportunities? When it comes to unraveling complex structures and deriving clear, actionable solutions from them, do you combine analytical strength with a structured approach, in-depth subject matter expertise, and your own ideas? Do you enjoy applying your expertise where it really matters? And would you prefer to do so at a company that prioritizes diversity, communication, and collaborative learning? Perfect!
