We are looking for the next possible date in Adelsdorf (Nuremberg metropolitan region) for a

• You will shape the development of Kinder Em-eukal and other brands known to retailers and consumers.
• You will be responsible for managing the existing product range on the basis of market and competitive information and internal data and will represent the brand in internal meetings and at conferences with our sales team.
• You will further develop the brand strategy and introduce concepts for new products with which we can continue to inspire people for Kinder Em-eukal. You will also play a central role in the market launch of these new products.
• Together with our communications team, you will develop the conceptual basis for communication that ensures greater visibility.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree with a focus on sales
• You already have at least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing. Ideally, you have already worked in a manufacturing company
• You are a team player. A strong sense of togetherness and standing up for each other helps us to be successful. We are therefore looking for people who want to play an active part in this
• You are proactive and want to create rather than manage
• You can manage the balancing act between operational tasks, creative vision and strategic thinking that defines this role
