What you'll be doing here:
As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the product vision and the ongoing development of the Lease a Bike platform for all customer groups throughout the entire customer journey.
You’ll proactively drive product innovation, identify opportunities, and shape the product and the Lease a Bike platform based on market trends and customer challenges. Your focus will be on user experience and conversion.
You’ll be responsible for developing, designing, and improving our product offerings.
You’ll create product-related business cases and presentation materials to make product success measurable and enable agile decision-making.
You’ll collaborate with product management across the corporate group and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to jointly realize the product vision.
You’ll maintain close relationships with strategic partners to capitalize on shared growth opportunities.
You identify current market trends and incorporate market feedback into strategic development.
You regularly report on the current project status to management and take early action to ensure project success.
What we'd like:
A successfully completed degree in economics, computer science/business informatics, digital product management, or a comparable qualification gained through relevant professional experience.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital product management, ideally in a platform-based B2B or B2C environment.
You are familiar with e-commerce processes—knowledge of checkout flows, product ideation, and multi-customer use cases would be ideal.
Problem and solution discovery, delivery guidance, A/B testing, and agile methods are not just buzzwords to you—they’re part of your daily routine. You’re proficient in using tools like Jira.
You have a good sense of prioritization, can clearly structure requirements, and efficiently implement them in collaboration with the IT team.
You have gained initial experience leading agile, cross-functional teams and know how to foster ownership and collaboration within the team.
You understand how an entrepreneurial mindset works and have a deep understanding of digital business models.
You possess analytical skills and are known for your solution-oriented approach.
You embody agile values, promote open communication, and have a keen sense of team dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English round out your profile.
