As part of the Oetker Group, we stand for reliability, quality, and long-term partnerships—with our customers as well as with our employees. With us, you’ll find not only exciting projects but also an environment where you can truly make a difference. On equal footing. As a team. With you.

You have a college degree in business, marketing, or a comparable field
You have a strong understanding of structures, processes, and standardization
You stand out for your strong communication skills and your ability to persuade and engage various stakeholders
