Your Responsibilities
Active portfolio management and further development of the assigned product area
Product lifecycle management
Conducting market and competitive analyses
Leading and coordinating innovation projects from concept to market launch
Close cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Production, etc.
Supporting sales activities such as conferences, trade shows, and industry panels, both nationally and internationally
Your Profile
A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
Experience in product management, ideally in the field of construction chemicals or building materials
Good written and spoken English skills combined with intercultural competence
Experience in project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Enthusiasm and a high level of self-motivation
