Become part of AGRIAL—a strong community that shapes the future of food in a sustainable way.
As an international agricultural cooperative with deep roots in France and over 22,000 employees in 11 countries, AGRIAL combines tradition and innovation. We support the entire process—from farming through processing to the finished product—with the goal of delivering the highest quality in a responsible and forward-looking manner.
AGRIAL is a cooperative built on solidarity, closeness, sustainability, and courage. We foster a corporate culture characterized by mutual support, openness, and trust. Here, you’re not just part of a company, but of a strong network of employees and farmers who are working together toward a sustainable future and want to make a real difference.
Within the AGRIAL cooperative, the “EURIAL” division is responsible for specialty products made from traditionally and organically produced cow’s and goat’s milk. From our French headquarters in Caen and Nantes, we employ 4,600 people worldwide across 29 locations in France, as well as in subsidiaries in Belgium, Spain, Italy, England, Germany, Poland, and Dubai.
AGRIAL Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG has its German headquarters in the university city of Dortmund and is characterized by a medium-sized company culture. Conveniently located near the Rhineland and the Ruhr region, we run EURIAL’s German operations with a passion for French soft cheeses and mild goat cheese specialties.
Together with our production facility, “Käserei Altenburger Land,” in Thuringia, we have long been recognized and established as a brand manufacturer in the dairy industry, with 160 dedicated colleagues and brands such as Rotkäppchen, Rügener Badejunge, and “Der Grüne Altenburger.”

Your Responsibilities

  • On the one hand, you’ll take responsibility for our premium brand, Soignon, and—with your creative ideas and keen sense of consumer and market trends—you’ll also work on projects for other brands (e.g., Der Grüne Altenburger, Rügener Badejunge, and Rotkäppchen).
  • You’ll analyze market, consumer, and competitive data and use it to develop concrete strategies for sustainable brand growth.
  • Together with the entire marketing team, you’ll develop new product ideas and see them through from the initial concept to a successful market launch.
  • You’ll manage exciting projects, packaging developments, and design relaunches in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • You’ll plan and implement sales-promoting initiatives as well as target-audience-specific communication activities for our brand.
  • You’ll keep a close eye on product quality and sensory characteristics and work closely with production, quality management, and international colleagues.
  • You’ll actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our brand strategy and help shape the future of our brands in the German market.
