YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are the Product Owner for our marketing automation platform, marketing AI applications, and the entire marketing technology landscape.
You design and integrate agent-based AI systems into our core marketing value-creation processes, make them scalable, and optimize the customer journey.
You establish automated lead development processes using intelligent scoring models and lead nurturing to optimize SQL conversion.
You maintain a continuous marketing tech radar: from market monitoring and tool evaluations to recommendations for action, implementation, and global rollout.
You report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with teams in Marketing, Digital Sales, and IT.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a degree in marketing, (business) information technology, business administration, or a comparable field.
You have several years of professional experience in marketing, particularly in technology-related areas such as marketing automation, marketing AI, or product owner roles.
You have a deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation suites (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), as well as basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and APIs—you can implement simple automations on your own.
You have strategic and hands-on expertise in marketing AI: prompt engineering, agent-based systems, practical implementation, and an understanding of AI agents in marketing processes.
You bring international B2B experience, are fluent in German and English (C1 level), and think in a data-driven and solution-oriented way with a genuine passion for building something new.
