Your responsibilities:
Organizing and coordinating our training sessions for our employees and clients, including pre- and post-training activities, preparing seminar materials, and booking venues and hotels
Entering and maintaining seminar data in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinating events with training and continuing education providers
Advising our participants on questions regarding our seminar offerings
Serving as the point of contact for our trainers and our seminar locations
What you'll bring to the table:
Completed business training, ideally in event management, office management, or a comparable qualification
Strong customer-service orientation
Organizational skills, a structured and goal-oriented approach to work, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well in a team, initiative, and attention to detail
The following would be desirable:
Initial experience in planning and organizing training sessions, continuing education courses, and workshops
