Tasks for Tomorrow
Market Insights: Systematic research and evaluation of new markets and customers, as well as products and business areas, including competitive, pricing, and trend analyses.
Portfolio Design: Development of a modular product architecture as a common framework for all educational offerings and targeted design of the formats.
Managing Performance: Analyzing the existing product portfolio using relevant KPIs (revenue, margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction) and deriving clear decisions regarding expansion and further development.
Integrating offerings: Integrating products from training, continuing education, higher education, e-technologies, staffing services, and corporate events into a consistent overall portfolio with a focus on reusability and scalability.
Capturing Insights: Establishing a systematic market feedback loop based on customer, competitive, and trend insights, as well as a clear innovation pipeline in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and the business units.
Expertise for what lies ahead
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in product or portfolio management, ideally in the education, service, or digital sectors.
Proven track record in the development of modular product or content architectures as well as digital learning formats.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in KPI-based portfolio management as well as market and competitive analysis.
A cross-functional thinker with the ability to connect diverse stakeholders, as well as strong execution skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
