We are currently seeking an SEO & AI Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our office in 61231 Bad Nauheim or 61250 Usingen. In this role, you’ll develop and manage our holistic SEO and AI strategy, optimize our digital visibility and performance, and be responsible for the sustainable growth of our organic reach. You’ll combine data-driven analytics, technical SEO, AI-powered optimization, and strategic marketing into an integrated overall strategy for sustainable growth.
SEO & AI Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities with Us
- Developing and implementing a holistic SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and reach
- Building and continuously optimizing our AI & LLM SEO strategies (AI-generated content, semantic search coverage, AI search optimization)
- Developing new AI-powered marketing processes
- Responsibility for all technical SEO aspects: crawlability, page speed, indexing, structured data, internal linking
- Conducting technical SEO audits (using tools such as Screaming Frog, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights), including the identification of specific actions
- Optimization of existing pages in the WordPress CMS and contribution to new content and landing page formats
- Management and further development of the company’s online presence (website, social media, digital marketing)
- Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs, as well as establishing efficient internal SEO processes and guidelines
- Management and oversight of external service providers
As an SEO & AI Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take on a key strategic role with significant creative freedom. You’ll actively drive the growth of our digital visibility and have the autonomy to propose and implement new ideas, technologies, and AI-powered marketing approaches.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, economics, or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the digital marketing field
- Extensive experience in SEO, AI/LLM optimization, and data-driven content strategies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency with relevant tools (SEO & analytics tools, tracking, performance analysis, CMS systems)
- Experience with automation and AI-powered marketing processes
- Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level, ideally C2)
- Proficiency with the WordPress CMS
