We are looking for a working student in Dialog Marketing / E-Dialog / Online Marketing (all genders) for the Plan.Net Journey at our Munich location to start as soon as possible.

We advise our clients on individualized, personalized communication and use creative storytelling to craft unique and inspiring content—this helps engage our clients through relevant communication and build an emotional connection to the brand. In short: We offer all disciplines under one roof: strategy, creative, technology, and development.

What you can expect from us:

  • Contributing to day-to-day and project-based work for our global clients in the areas of E-Dialog/E-CRM and digital communication (focus: email)
  • Support in the conception, creation, and testing of campaigns
  • Participation in research and benchmarking within the innovative field of digital and automated communication
  • Supporting project management and day-to-day operations
  • Researching and preparing presentations for clients and internal use
  • A supportive team that embodies genuine camaraderie and a “we” mindset

What we expect from you:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, media studies, or a digital field
  • Relevant professional experience in the form of internships or part-time student jobs is a plus
  • A strong affinity for web technologies
  • You want to understand the subject matter and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tools, projects, and clients
  • Confident and articulate communication skills in German and English
  • You have between 15 and 20 hours per week available and are interested in a long-term collaboration (at least 2 semesters)
  • Ideally, you’re available on Thursdays and Fridays to provide optimal support to our team
