Your Responsibilities
You will lead the "Higher Education" division, manage staffing, coordinate workflows, and monitor surveys
During the data collection phase, you will clarify issues with the university administrations required to provide information, the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research, and the Arts, and serve as the point of contact for staff
You will conduct quality assurance and plausibility checks on data and further develop specifications
As part of a team, you provide technical support for the implementation and rollout of data confidentiality using the Cell-Key method
You generate ad hoc analyses using R, SAS, or Access and respond to inquiries regarding higher education statistics

Your Profile
You hold an accredited bachelor’s degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences in the fields of social sciences, political science, public administration, economics, geography, or mathematics
You have very strong skills in data processing as well as in working with database systems and statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Access)
You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and clearly present complex relationships.
In addition to personal commitment and flexibility, you also possess strong organizational skills.
