You put your energy into these tasks
Further Developing Websites: You’ll be responsible for maintaining, technically enhancing, and ensuring the functionality of our websites built on TYPO3 and WordPress. In this role, you’ll implement minor adjustments yourself, coordinate updates and bug fixes, and manage external agencies and service providers.
Optimizing Digital Customer Journeys: You’ll analyze our digital conversion funnels, identify conversion barriers, and develop strategies to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates.
Implementing Web Projects & Content: You will plan and coordinate website projects, design landing pages for products, pricing plans, and campaigns, and further develop our web content with a focus on SEO, accessibility, and sales-driven communication.
Monitoring Quality & Performance: You’ll analyze relevant web and performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and present your findings to functional departments, sales, and management.
Advising & Coordinating: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for web-related questions and work closely with IT, Legal, Marketing, and the business units. In doing so, you’ll ensure consistent implementation of our brand and design guidelines while also keeping data protection requirements in mind.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Qualifications: You have a college or university degree in media informatics, business administration/marketing, web development, or a comparable qualification with a focus on online marketing.
Expertise & Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in web management, online marketing, or a comparable field. You are familiar with TYPO3 and WordPress, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have knowledge of SEO, web analytics, UX/UI, and accessible design.
Project Skills: You have experience implementing web projects and collaborating with agencies and technical service providers. In doing so, you take an analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented approach.
Personal Skills: You work independently and responsibly, excel at communication and coordination, and possess strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset. You also have a keen sense of brand management, design, and user needs.
