Ihre Aufgaben
- As a Customer Experience Specialist, you continuously optimize and evolve our marketing platforms and digital touch points, empower local experts to unlock the full potential of our digital infrastructure and actively shape
- Be part of the Customer Journey Management Team with a strong focus on email marketing and digital campaigns
- Support the global, data driven marketing activities of the RATIONAL Group
- You further improve, extent and automate our communication channels and processes based on the technology stack of Salesforce
- Work closely with Marketing Communication teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints by defining and realizing the customer journey, email campaigns and enabling your colleagues
- Collaborate with local subsidiaries worldwide to implement smart CX concepts and new (digital) touchpoints
- Enable and support data driven, personalized and omnichannel communication
- You take care of the design, coordination and implementation of CRM and digital communication standards
- Evaluate technology and tool requirements and implement best practice approaches
- Plan, execute and monitor international digital campaigns in close cooperation with Product Marketing, Field & Industry Marketing and Digital Communication teams
- Support subsidiaries with newsletter creation and sending, target group selection, local campaign and activity planning
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Proven experience in Email Marketing and Digital Campaign Management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Sound knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud is a strong plus)
- Strong digital understanding and experience working with external agencies and internal marketing teams
- Ability to translate ideas into effective digital communication concepts
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation to continuously improve customer experience and enable, train and support colleagues across regions
- Team oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ambition to act as an «entrepreneur within the enterprise»
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
