The Neckar-Alb Regional Light Rail is a regional rail transit project that connects the cities and municipalities of the Neckar-Alb region via a dual-system light rail network. In doing so, we are utilizing, modernizing, expanding, and reactivating existing railroad lines in the surrounding area and linking them with new inner-city tram lines to be built. In this way, we are creating an entirely new pillar of local public transportation in our economically strong region, centered around the Reutlingen-Tübingen metropolitan area.
