We are looking for you as Event Manager (m/f/d) at our Wedel site near Hamburg.
What you can do with us
- Planning, organization, coordination and operational implementation of internal and external events
- On-site support of events including management of stand staffing and external service providers
- Coordination with international subsidiaries and partners on country-specific (drug advertising) laws and compliance regulations
- Independent cost calculation, budget monitoring and invoicing for events
- Selecting, commissioning and managing agencies, stand builders and other external service providers, including contract management
- Ensuring a brand-compliant appearance at all trade fairs and events
- Developing new, innovative event formats
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in event management, brand management or economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable position with proven experience in event and project management
- Expertise in managing agencies and external service providers
- Very good organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of intercultural competence and strong teamwork skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to plan international business trips (approx. 15%)
