As Head of CRM, you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for our customer relationship management. Data-based segmentation and personalization form the basis of this. Your goal: a holistic, cross-channel CRM system that accompanies, inspires and sustainably activates our customers from the first contact to long-term loyalty.
Your tasks
- Developing and implementing a holistic CRM strategy along the customer journey
- Conception, testing and roll-out of onboarding, activation and customer loyalty measures
- Managing and developing our central CRM channels: email, WhatsApp, LaVita app, online customer account, social media and print mailings
- Development of data-driven campaign logic, segmentation, personalization and automation
- Continuous monitoring, reporting and derivation of optimization measures (KPIs such as CLV, engagement, etc.)
- Close collaboration with copywriters, creatives and developers
- Responsibility for CRM tools, systems and processes
- Direct reporting line to the CMO
Your qualifications
- Several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or dialog marketing - ideally in a high-growth D2C environment
- Proven success in building and scaling CRM measures and customer loyalty programs
- Strong analytical understanding and experience with relevant KPIs and testing methods (A/B testing, cohort analyses, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good understanding of content, storytelling and user-centered approach
- German at native speaker level, very good English skills
