Your Responsibilities
- Strategic input, hands-on management, and scaling of our paid social and paid search activities on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok—with a focus on lead generation and performance across complex funnels.
- Continuous optimization of campaigns, audiences, bidding, creatives, and funnel approaches based on relevant performance and business KPIs.
- Developing and implementing a structured testing plan to identify new opportunities for optimization and scaling across channels, creatives, and landing pages.
- Independent management of six-figure monthly paid media budgets, including budget pacing, forecasting, and efficient allocation across channels.
- Analyzing and reporting on relevant KPIs, as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action and best practices from performance data and insights.
- Ensuring reliable tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel & Events, as well as further developing our measurement and attribution approaches.
- Cross-team collaboration, as well as providing technical support and mentoring to junior colleagues.
Your Profile
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social and paid search, as well as experience in strategic campaign planning and budget management.
- Solid experience in managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; experience with TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Experience independently managing and scaling larger paid media budgets with a clear focus on performance and ROI.
- Deep understanding of audience strategies, funnel logic, and conversion optimization, as well as confidence in working with performance KPIs such as CPL/CPA, CVR, and ROI/ROAS.
- Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking, measurement, and attribution concepts.
- Very good German and English skills (C1+).
- Strong analytical thinking and experience with structured testing, as well as deriving concrete optimization measures from performance and creative data.
- An independent, structured approach to work and strong communication skills.
