Creative Buyer (m/f/d) –
high-quality merchandise and packaging products
Your Responsibilities
You’ll combine purchasing with creative concept development to design products that bring the brand to life. Instead of standard solutions, you’ll develop custom items and high-quality communication products for special occasions, campaigns, and watch launches.
In doing so, you’ll oversee the entire development process—from the initial idea through material and production decisions to production readiness.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality branded items, merchandise, and packaging products
- Conceiving custom products in the context of campaigns, events, and product launches
- Providing creative input and independently developing ideas with a keen sense of the brand, target audience, and occasion
- Selecting and managing manufacturers, production facilities, and suppliers
- Selecting high-quality materials, finishes, and production processes
- Responsibility for cost estimation, negotiation, production, and quality assurance
Who We’re Looking For
You think creatively and conceptually, with a strong commitment to quality. You know how to translate brand messages into exceptional products and combine creative flair with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in developing high-quality design products, accessories, or packaging
- A keen sense of aesthetics, materials, and details
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers and production partners
- Solid understanding of production processes and quality standards
- Proficiency with standard software programs
- A structured, self-directed approach to work
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and present them persuasively
- Excellent command of German and English
