WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- You understand the LEBENSBAUM brand and translate this into effective trade marketing strategies to increase sales and brand presence at the PoS.
- You are the central interface between the brand and the market. You ensure that strategy becomes measurable success. Together with marketing and sales, you will develop strong concepts to be present at the PoS.
- You will develop, manage and optimize targeted retail marketing measures - from POS materials and displays to promotions, action plans and training concepts.
- You will work closely with sales management, key account management and the sales force to understand customer needs and develop tailor-made activations.
- You will analyze market, customer and sales data, derive specific recommendations for action and actively drive their implementation.
- You create convincing sales documents, presentations and training concepts for our retail partners.
- You plan and control the budget and systematically measure the success of your measures.
- You build strategic partnerships with our retail partners and develop joint growth initiatives.
- You accompany central customer meetings and develop individual activation and promotion concepts.
- You will plan, organize and coordinate our trade fair appearances with a high standard of quality and impact.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- You have a successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in trade marketing or sales in the FMCG environment and a very good understanding of retail structures.
- You can demonstrate success in the development and implementation of trade marketing measures.
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills and a keen sense for effective measures at the PoS, strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external partners.
- You have experience in cross-functional collaboration between marketing and sales and a good understanding of both perspectives.
- You have a clear focus on results and achieve them through initiative and strong implementation skills.
- You enjoy teamwork in a dynamic environment.
