Responsibilities
- Focusing on customers and providing advice before, during, and after the purchase—with passion, a customer-first mindset, and expertise
- Actively selling our products, accessories, and related services across all product categories
- Inspiring our customers with our products and solutions
- Proactively engaging with customers and responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with the presentation and maintenance of the “point of sale”
- Creating an inviting shopping atmosphere
Profile
- Successful completion of retail training and/or professional experience in selling products and services
- Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills, the ability to get things done, and a solution-oriented approach to work
- A team player who enjoys working toward shared success
- Willingness to support the team in the afternoons, evenings, and on Saturdays
