Conceptualization and design of digital assets for our clients: social media content, banner and display ads, newsletters, presentations, and other campaign formats
Implementation in accordance with existing brand and corporate design guidelines—consistently across all formats
Developing new design proposals to improve the user-friendliness of websites
Testing the user experience of websites on various devices and in different browsers
Maintaining web content and assisting with SEO optimization of websites
Your Profile
Creativity and original ideas
A keen sense of design, visual language, and branding
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Experience creating digital assets: social media, display/banner ads, newsletter and email templates, presentations—ideally including some experience with motion graphics and animation
Experience designing websites and user experience/user interface (UX/UI)
An eye for responsive, mobile-optimized design
Openness to AI-powered design workflows and generative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)
Knowledge of common CMS systems such as TYPO3 or WordPress
A basic understanding of accessible web design (contrast, readability, WCAG basics) is a plus
Ability to work in a structured, focused, and independent manner
Attention to detail and precision
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and software
Training as a communication designer, media designer, or equivalent
