This is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave for the duration of the current incumbent’s leave.
What to Expect
- The design, structuring, and further development of websites, homepages, and landing pages will fall within your area of responsibility.
- You’ll develop and optimize modern website designs as well as user-centered user experiences (UX).
- You’ll design digital customer journeys and lead generation pathways to support our sales and marketing goals.
- As the central point of contact, you’ll manage and coordinate collaboration with external web agencies and work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Energy Services departments.
- You will plan, coordinate, and oversee performance marketing initiatives in the areas of SEO, SEA, and social media advertising.
- Salary based on the collective bargaining agreement for utility companies (TV-V).
What You Bring to the Table
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, marketing, communication, or media studies, or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have extensive experience in digital marketing, customer experience (CX), and web management.
- You have already gained in-depth knowledge of content creation and content management and have worked with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or similar.
- You have excellent German language skills at a native level.
- You are characterized by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality.
