Your Responsibilities
Independent planning and organization of employer branding and social media activities, including campaign management
Independent creation of print and digital advertisements, as well as image and video content
Planning, implementation, and follow-up of onboarding initiatives, including welcome events
Independently organizing and executing trade shows and events
Preparing, rolling out, and further developing the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
Supporting internal corporate communications
Independently handling ad hoc special recruiting initiatives
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Independently preparing reports and analyses for management
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing communications, media and communication design, or a related field
Several years of experience in employer branding or HR marketing
Experience in planning and implementing communication initiatives for both internal and external corporate communications
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A structured and independent work style
Strong communication and coordination skills
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
