Your Responsibilities
Conceptualization, development, and implementation of creative communication and marketing campaigns with a sales focus
Organization of and active participation in events, customer functions, and trade shows
Contributing to the maintenance and ongoing development of our digital presence
(website and social media)
Creation and coordination of target-audience-relevant content for online channels in accordance with our corporate design
Planning, organizing, and conducting photo shoots
Monitoring current marketing and design trends and further developing our visual communication
Conducting market and competitive analyses
Coordinating the production of our customer magazine
Implementing and further developing modern marketing technologies to optimize content and communication
What You'll Bring to the Table
Completed business apprenticeship or degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
Alternatively: several years of relevant professional experience
Practical experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
Proficiency in using social media platforms, CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and tools
(e.g., Canva)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Ideally, some experience with SEO and AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI, Claude)
Strong creativity and a keen sense of language
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with dedication

We offer you an interesting position that is compensated in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for public utility companies (TV-V). Depending on your qualifications and experience, the monthly salary ranges from 3,742.56 EUR to 4,343.09 EUR. In addition, we offer a 13th month’s salary as a special payment, a company pension plan, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and other benefits.
